These are some of the most frequently asked questions :

- I represent a group of ten or more. How can I reserve?
Please fill the “Group Booking form” on our website.

- What is the best and most secure way to book?
Book right here on our website for lowest prices and no booking fee. Our system is secure and easy.

- How can I pay?
We accept cash and Visa & Mastercard. We do not accept Amex or Diners club card.

- Can I reserve a smoking room?
We do not offer any rooms where smoking is allowed. Our hostel is a 100% smoke free environment.

- When can I check-in?
Check-in time starts from 4pm to midnight. For a late check-in, it is better to inform reception by phone or email. Our reception is open 24 hours and a free luggage room is at your disposal in the meantime.

- When is check-out?
Check-out is at 11am the latest.

- Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, we sure do. Feel free to use it if you arrive before your room is ready and after you check-out.

- Is it possible to reserve without a credit card?
A valid credit card will be asked on our website to guarantee your booking. Payment will be done at your check in time.

- What information and documents will I need when I check in?
A valid Photo ID (passport, National ID) and a valid credit card are compulsory. Without these two documents, any booking could be done.

- Do you have a lock-out?
Our cleaning crew works between 11am and 4pm so you will be able to enter your freshly cleaned room at 4pm.

- What is the deal with Internet and WiFi?
We provide internet access on shared computers for €1 per 30min, €2 per 1 hour. We provide FREE Wifi in the lobby.

- Do you have a kitchen?
Yes, we sure do. You are free to use our kitchen with a fridge, micro wave, hot plates...

- How can I find you?
The closest METRO Stop to us is MONGE, which is on LINE 7:

From our metro stop 'Place Monge' (METRO LINE 7), exit by Exit 1 and then take the street 'rue Ortolan', and then make the first left onto the street 'rue Mouffetard'. Stop at n°80 and you're here!

From the train station 'Gare du Nord', take the line 4 in the direction 'Mairie de Montrouge' to ' Gare de l'Est', and then take the LINE 7 in the direction of 'Villejuif / Mairie d'Ivry' to ' Place Monge'.

From the train station 'Gare de l'Est' take METRO LINE 7 in the direction of 'Villejuif / Mairie d'Ivry' to Place Monge.'

From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the RER B to 'Chatelet - Les Halles', and then take the LINE 7 in the direction of 'Villejuif / Mairie d'Ivry' to 'Place Monge' station.

From the Orly airport: Take the Orly bus to the station 'Denfert Rochereau', where you can take the metro LINE 6 in the direction of 'Nation' to the station 'Place d'Italie'. At 'Place d'Italie take the metro LINE 7 in the direction of 'la Courneuve,' and stop at 'Place Monge'.

From the Beauvais airport: Take the bus to 'Porte Maillot' (this is where the bus terminates). From here go to Metro LINE 1 and get on in the direction of 'Chateau de Vincennes' to the station 'Louvre / Palais Royal'. Once at Palais Royal take the metro LINE 7 in the direction of 'Villejuif / Mairie d'Ivry' to Place Monge.

- I could not book a place with you. Which other hotels / hostels do you recommend?

- What is a hostel?

- Your prices seem expensive, why?
Paris can be a pretty pricy place, especially at summer time, because of big exhibitions, shows... That’s why we have set up special offers (packages) all along the year, and especially for travelers who book earlier their stay !

- What are the best restaurants and bars nearby?
There are heaps of bistros, pubs and restaurants near our hostel. We try our best to keep up with which ones our guests like the most. Our receptionists will be available to help you find what you are looking for. - It seems like it would be fun to work in a hostel, how can I get a job here?
Yes, working in a hostel and meeting people form all over the world is fun. We are always looking for fun, energetic yet laid-back people who want to help travelers have a great experience with us and get the most out of their visit to Paris.
